I’ve been practicing yoga consistently since I was a young child. Over the years, this practice has grown with me — from rigorous alignment-based training to a more fluid, intuitive expression of movement.
I spent years studying and teaching in the B.K.S. Iyengar tradition, known for its precision, structure, and focus on safe alignment. That foundation continues to inform my teaching today.
I’m currently certified in and teaching Fluid Yoga, a dynamic approach to movement that blends alignment with freedom, allowing the body to move efficiently and expressively.
“Fluid Yoga believes in the lifestyle of the yoga practice. It is through the deep connections between the body, mind, and spirit that we begin to make transformations in our everyday life.”
My sessions are mindful, embodied, and trauma-informed. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, our work together will be supportive, personalized, and empowering.
Group classes can be wonderful, but they often move fast or take a one-size-fits-all approach. Private sessions give us the chance to slow down, tune in, and create a practice that’s uniquely yours.
