I’ve had a consistent meditation practice since early childhood, raised in the Shambhala tradition under Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve taught meditation in both one-on-one and group settings — guiding complete beginners and long-time practitioners alike.
I am a practicing Buddhist, but my work has always been rooted in interfaith spiritual development. You do not need to be Buddhist — or hold any particular spiritual belief — to experience the profound benefits of meditation.
