Lena DiGenti“If you can maintain your sense of humor and a distrust of the rules laid down around you, there will be success.” Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Having a sense of humor isn’t about your ability to do stand up or be the greatest storyteller at the dinner party. Having a sense of humor is about having a sense of delight and lightness in the world. Don’t take yourself too seriously, it’s important that while fighting the good fight you are able to take the time and marvel at the whole crazy thing.

  1. The key to happiness. Being able to make others laugh… comes from a place of knowing what it’s like to need it youself. Like my grandma said, “Pure happiness is JUST a moment”. So try to string as many together as possible. ♡
